Long Night Ahead

Its been a busy week in "AV Land", and when I should be sitting down with a beer and enjoying the amazing weather I find myself 7 hours into an edit that needs to go out on Monday morning. Not helped by the autosave function not working!! I may throw either a tantrum, this computer or possibly a party and forget the whole thing!

Maybe it's the sharp dressed presenter, the comedic style that you split your sides laughing at or an audio visual emergency....help is at hand. Gary, Chris & Marco are now official first aiders.

Olympic

20 years ago Greg Searle with his brother won gold in the rowing at Barcelona. This year he hopes to be selected again for the 2012 London Olympics. Yesterday we filmed Greg at the training centre near Marlow on behalf of one of his sponsors. In just 22 hours we traveled, filmed, edited & delivered the finished video piece.....another happy client!

Another Awards Night

Last week we ventured out in the snow & ice to Leeds! It was a venue with challenging access (you may know the Tiled Hall at the library & museum). We turned up team handed with Steve, Nev, Simon, Gary & Chris and our presenter the infamous Andy Crane. The clients from Honda thought the whole event ran smoothly and are looking at more similar events across the country.....wonder if I could blag a "Type R"?
