Well here we go, our very first blog. I'm Chris Pearson - one of the Audio Visual guys from L.A.S Manchester. We operate mainly in the north of the UK but sometimes further afield. When asked what I do for a living my eyes roll & I start panicking. I deem our company as "AV prostitutes" we will do anything that involves Audio, Staging, Lighting, Video or Foam Cannon's (we'll come back to the foam cannon another day). I suppose the majority of our work is conference AV & fashion shows but over the past 17 years we've branched out into filming & video production and seem to have cornered the market in providing the technical aspects of the regions Christmas Lights Switch on events.
Anyway thats our short introduction over - I'm off to bed now as its a 06:00 start in the morning at a conference for the NWDA at the lovely Crown Plaza Hotel in Manchester.
Christmas Parties never used to be like this!! Huge concert style stage, nightclub lighting and a massive D & B sound system were all installed for CPM's head office Christmas party in Thame, Oxford.
